6 months later …
OK, 7 months, but who’s counting?
A lot has happened since September, so I will just to name a few to keep it brief: new position at work (find me on LinkedIn), did 2 months of 24hr Alert at Buckley, ordered my airplane engine from Eggenfellner, had a heater installed in the garage, took a trip to Mexico, and furiously worked (or sometimes not at all) on my airplane.
Here’s a pic to make you jealous of our Mexico trip:

Jealous yet?
Here’s a pic so you can see how the airplane is coming along. It’s upside
down, but once the front pieces are attached it’ll be flipped over and put in a rotating stand.

I know, it doesn’t look like much. But! If you had seen the pile of parts it was months ago, you’d wonder where all that metal went (I still don’t know).
Until next time … (don’t hold your breath)
